Frequently Asked Questions
Pet waste removal questions, answered clearly.
Review the confirmed details about weekly plans, pricing, billing, service policies, and York County availability.
Which services are available?
Weekly month-to-month plans and standalone one-time cleanups are available.
What do the weekly plans cost?
The Promise is $89 per month, The Commitment is $109 per month, and The Vow is $129 per month. Published prices cover up to three dogs and a service area of up to one-quarter acre.
What happens to the collected waste?
Waste is securely double-bagged and placed in the customer’s accessible outdoor trash bin. Haul-away service is not offered. If the bin is unavailable or full, the sealed waste is left at the customer’s preapproved location beside the bin.
Are there setup or initial-cleanup charges?
Every new weekly customer pays a one-time $45 setup fee. When existing accumulation requires an initial cleanup, the charge is $75 for the first 60 minutes and $25 for each additional 15 minutes.
What does a standalone one-time cleanup cost?
A one-time cleanup is $99 for the first 60 minutes and $25 for each additional 15 minutes.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month to month. Customers may cancel without an early-termination fee by giving at least seven calendar days’ notice before the next billing date.
How many visits are included?
Monthly pricing is averaged across the year and includes 50 scheduled weekly visits. Two planned holiday closure weeks are built into the monthly price.
What if my yard cannot be accessed?
A visit remains billable when a locked gate, unsafe dog, blocked access, unavailable trash bin area, or another customer-controlled condition prevents service. No credit or automatic return trip is provided.
What happens during bad weather?
Service continues during ordinary rain, cold, and light snow when conditions are safe. Severe weather may delay service. If the entire route week is unsafe, accumulated waste is removed at the next scheduled visit and monthly pricing remains unchanged.
Which areas do you serve?
Service is focused on York County, Pennsylvania. Individual addresses must be confirmed before enrollment.
