Service Policies
Clear expectations make dependable service possible.
These launch policies explain how weekly plans, billing, property access, weather delays, waste handling, and monthly treatments work.
Monthly plans and visits
Weekly plans are month to month with no long-term contract. Flat monthly pricing is averaged across the year and includes 50 scheduled weekly visits. Two planned holiday closure weeks are built into the monthly price. Prices remain the same in four- and five-service-week months.
Billing and cancellation
The first monthly payment and $45 setup fee are charged when service is approved. Plans are then billed automatically in advance on the same calendar date each month. Initial-cleanup charges are billed separately when required. Customers may cancel without an early-termination fee by providing at least seven calendar days’ notice before the next billing date.
Property and household limits
Published monthly prices cover up to three dogs and an accessible service area of up to ¼ acre. Homes with four or more dogs, larger service areas, unusually difficult terrain, or other exceptional conditions require a custom quote.
Access and dogs
Customers must provide safe access on the scheduled service day. Gates must be unlocked or an approved access method must be available. Dogs that may interfere with safe service must be secured away from the service area. A visit remains billable when a locked gate, unsafe dog, blocked access, or another customer-controlled condition prevents service. No credit or automatic return trip is provided.
Waste handling
Collected waste is securely double-bagged and placed in the customer’s accessible outdoor trash bin. Haul-away service is not offered. If the bin is unavailable or full, the sealed waste is left at the customer’s preapproved location beside the bin.
Weather
Service continues during ordinary rain, cold, and light snow when conditions are safe. Lightning, ice, deep snow, flooding, severe weather, or other unsafe conditions may delay service. We will attempt to complete a delayed visit later in the route week. If the entire week remains unsafe, accumulated waste is removed at the next scheduled visit and monthly pricing remains unchanged.
Monthly treatments
The Commitment includes a front-lawn treatment once monthly. The Vow includes that monthly front-lawn treatment plus monthly deodorizing and sanitizing treatments for the designated backyard pet-waste service area. Treatments are performed during a regularly scheduled weekly visit and may be delayed when weather or property conditions prevent application according to the selected product labels.
Cleanup charges
An initial cleanup for a new weekly customer is $75 for the first 60 minutes and $25 for each additional 15 minutes. A standalone one-time cleanup is $99 for the first 60 minutes and $25 for each additional 15 minutes.
