Each monthly plan includes 50 scheduled service visits per year, with two planned holiday closure weeks built into the flat monthly price.
Month to month. No long-term contract. These are our standard monthly plan rates for qualifying residential properties. The new-customer setup fee, initial-cleanup charges, and custom-property pricing may apply. Homes with four or more dogs or service areas larger than ¼ acre require a custom quote.

New-customer setup
$45 one time
Covers property onboarding, service-area assessment, access instructions, account setup, and placement on a recurring route.
Initial cleanup
$75 minimum
When a new weekly customer’s existing accumulation requires a yard reset. Includes the first 60 minutes, then $25 for each additional 15 minutes.
One-time cleanup
$99 minimum
For customers who do not enroll in weekly service. Includes the first 60 minutes, then $25 for each additional 15 minutes.
How monthly billing works
Weekly service, averaged across the year.
Plans include 50 scheduled weekly visits annually. Two planned holiday closure weeks are built into the flat monthly price. Your payment stays the same in four- and five-service-week months.
Billing and cancellation
Plans are billed automatically in advance on the same calendar date each month. Cancel without an early-termination fee by providing at least seven calendar days’ notice before your next billing date.
