Recurring schedules and monthly pricing

Recurring service is available weekly, every other week, as monthly maintenance, or twice weekly. Monthly maintenance is intended for yards already under control and may require an initial cleanup before service begins. Monthly autopay pricing follows the selected frequency, number of dogs, and yard size. Service is month to month with no long-term contract.

Billing and cancellation

Recurring service is billed automatically in advance on the same calendar date each month. Initial-cleanup charges are billed separately when required. Customers may cancel without an early-termination fee by providing at least seven calendar days’ notice before the next billing date.

Property and household limits

Published monthly prices cover one to four dogs and an accessible residential service area up to 1 acre. The matrix includes the first 1/4 acre and applies a frequency-based adjustment for each additional 1/4 acre. More than four dogs, properties over 1 acre, unusually difficult terrain or access, commercial properties, and shared dog areas require a custom quote.

Access and dogs

Customers must provide safe access on the scheduled service day. Gates must be unlocked or an approved access method must be available. Dogs that may interfere with safe service must be secured away from the service area. A visit remains billable when a locked gate, unsafe dog, blocked access, or another customer-controlled condition prevents service. No credit or automatic return trip is provided.

After completed service, the gate is secured and a completion notification is sent.

Waste handling

Collected pet waste is securely bagged, hauled away, and removed from the customer’s property.

Weather

Service continues during ordinary rain, cold, and light snow when conditions are safe. Lightning, ice, deep snow, flooding, severe weather, or other unsafe conditions may delay service. We will attempt to complete a delayed visit when the route can be served safely. If conditions prevent that, accumulated waste is removed at the next scheduled safe visit and monthly pricing remains unchanged.

Cleanup charges

An initial cleanup starts at $50. Final pricing depends on time since the last cleanup, number of dogs, yard size, waste accumulation, terrain, and accessibility. Customers may be asked to submit photos or request an on-site estimate when accumulation is uncertain. Promotional free or discounted initial cleanups may occasionally be offered with qualifying recurring service.

A standalone one-time cleanup starts at $75. Larger or heavily accumulated yards require a custom quote.
